Thin Man Records releases music predominantly from South West based artists and helping them to get their music recorded, released and heard by the right people.
Edd Lane: The Sailor’s Escape EP – THIN001
Our first release came from South West troubadour Edd Lane who’s EP ‘The Sailor’s Escape’ is a beautiful foray into the folk sounds and stories of his surroundings. From the intimate ‘Closure’, a song of advice to Edd’s sister (who also designed the fantastic artwork to the release) to the ambitiously beautiful ‘Sail the Seas’ which tells the tale of returning sailors the record realy captivates your mind.

The Beacons
We’re currently working with Exeter’s finest purveyors of indie rock and roll The Beacons who will be releasing their third EP through Thin Man Records. The band have gone from strength to strength over the last year sharing the stage with Billy Bragg, Little Comets and Cosmo Jarvis to name but a few. Noses never far from the grindstone, the EP is currently in the mixing stages and due out this spring.
